With an international legacy dating back to 1997, our approach combines an understanding of employer expectations with structured candidate assessment, preparation and recruitment support. Our British Chairman, Mr Lawrence (Lawrie) Charles Green, brings ten years of experience in London's professional recruitment market, and a focused professional approach to the task at hand.

This experience has shaped the way we work today: with a strong emphasis on understanding people, identifying genuine opportunities and providing the right guidance at every stage.

Our Employment division focuses on international employment and vocational training opportunities. We work with candidates from different educational and professional backgrounds, helping them understand their options and identify pathways that suit their skills, experience and ambitions.

Our role goes beyond simply sharing job openings. We take the time to understand each candidate's background, assess their suitability, help them prepare professionally and guide them through the recruitment and placement process.

Whether someone is an experienced professional looking for employment in Singapore or a young individual interested in Germany's Ausbildung programme, we aim to make the process easier to understand and better organised.
