Client Liaison Manager

Job Title: Client Liaison Manager (CLM) Location: Islamabad, Pakistan Positions: 1

 

  • Role Summary:

    The Client Liaison Manager (CLM) is responsible for leading the Client Liaison Officers (CLOs), ensuring the execution of effective lead generation and student recruitment strategies. As an office bearer, the CLM coordinates with the Marketing Manager and in-house marketing staff to plan and execute local marketing initiatives, identify high-impact marketing avenues, and analyse their return on investment (ROI). The CLM plays a critical role in optimizing local marketing efforts, enhancing lead conversion rates, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Leadership & Team Management:

  • * Lead, train, and manage a team of Client Liaison Officers (CLOs), ensuring performance targets are met.
  • * Provide guidance and support to CLOs in lead generation, student engagement, and financial health assessments.
  • * Set KPIs and performance goals for CLOs, regularly reviewing progress and providing feedback.
  • * Ensure smooth handover of registrations from CLOs to the Conversion Team, monitoring follow-ups and outcomes.

    2. Coordination with Marketing Teams:

    • * Work closely with the Marketing Manager and in-house marketing staff to execute local and digital marketing campaigns.
    • * Ensure CLOs effectively work on leads provided by the Marketing Team, including those from brand-level digital campaigns,
    • local marketing initiatives,and self-generated efforts.
    • * Provide insights and feedback on marketing efforts to improve lead quality and engagement.

     

    3. Local Marketing Strategy & ROI Analysis:

    • * Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to enhance student recruitment.
    • * Analyse the ROI of different local marketing activities, optimizing efforts based on data-driven insights.
    • * Collaborate with the Marketing Team to allocate resources effectively and maximize outreach impact.
    • * Identify local marketing avenues, such as educational seminars, university fairs, partnerships with coaching centres, and high-traffic outreach points.

    • 4. Reporting & Performance Analysis:

      • * Track and maintain a database of prospective students, ensuring accurate lead nurturing.
      • * Maintain detailed reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.
      • * Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management, including:
        • I- Registered students – Students with complete financial health checks
        • II- Pipeline students – Students progressing through the process but not yet finalized.
        • III- Potential pipeline students – Students in discussion but pending financial assessment.
      • * Ensure accurate tracking of CLO and local marketing performance metrics.
      • * Track lead conversion rates and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
      • * Monitor BTL marketing activities and provide data on event impact and student engagement.

 

Requirements:

  • * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • * 3-5 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or sales management.
  • * Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • * Experience in identifying and evaluating local marketing opportunities with an ROI-driven approach.
  • * Proven ability to establish partnerships with educational institutions and coaching centres.
  • * Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • * Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing tools, and MS Office Suite.
